GPI’s model is a Multi-Platform Ecosystem that focuses specifically on direct supply chains for the small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME) and large-enterprise sectors, without the need for expensive intermediaries. The business will operate through a three-tier corporate structure: a master holding company for global growth, an R&D and IP center, and regional operational companies (SPVs) for local operations.
